WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM(S)?

- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-4 days of payment or when the countdown timer runs out.
-We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

-Please allow up to 2-4 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER FOR A FESTIVAL/BIRTHDAY/EVENT?

-In order to receive your items in time for a special event, we recommend you place your order 3 weeks before your scheduled event! Once you placed your order for your event, please email us at support@trendyathlete.com with the name of the event and order number in the subject line. Please also provide the date you need the order to arrive by in the body of the email. Although we cannot guarantee your items will arrive on time in all cases, we want to make sure we can do everything possible to get your items shipped on time. 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

-Although our fulfillment house is located in America (California) some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

-For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please reply to this email and we will do our best to help you out.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER?

 -We can help you change the shipping address for your order only if it has not yet been shipped. After your order has been shipped, there is nothing we can do to change the shipping address. Trendy Athlete will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided was inaccurate or incomplete unless the order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Trendy Athlete. To chance your shipping address, email us at support@trendyathlete.com with "Address change" and your order number in the subject line. 

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE FOR ITEMS IN MY ORDER?

-We process orders immediately! Please email us at support@trendyathlete.com within 24 hours of when your order was placed to make a size change. Please write "Size Change" with the order number in the subject line of your email. We will make every effort to accommodate your size change request.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

-You can check the status of your order by clicking on Track Order. You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped that will include tracking information. For orders shipped within USA you can also check the tracking status at www.usps.com and for International orders you can check www.17track.net.
